Oxo Park is a housing complex of apartments containing 27 units developed in 2 blocks. The units are comprised of ground floor plus 3 levels. Additionally, the complex has a garage level and common areas such as gym, sauna, locker rooms, meeting room, laundry room and swimming pool with solarium.
The project is currently completed with all of its units delivered to the end users.
About Project
FINANCING:
The financing was obtained directly from the Trustors, who, in this case being a trust at cost, are the end users.
A pre-sale of 100% of the units was generated prior to the start of construction and the project was developed through monthly payments until its completion.
A reservation of the land was obtained in advance and paid with the first 3 installments of contribution.
PERFORMANCE:
In terms of delivery time, there were no deviations from what was initially committed.
In economic terms, the deviation remained within the normal parameters for this type of development and was less than 4%.
