FINANCING:
There is interest from several local banks in financing the construction, however, the model being implemented foresees self-financing of the project for all funding requirements beyond the Capital originally raised.
PERFORMANCE:
The project is currently in the construction stage and has already completed the earthwork and is working on the infrastructure of the neighborhood.
